Glue spreading roller.
The photography of the original picture is printed on paper. This paper is integrated into linea or cotton cloth with a glue spreading roller, in removing carefully any air bubbles, then mounted on a wooden framework especially adapted to the size of the picture. The whole process is hand operated and the drying takes a long time.
